Welcome to Petrified Pets! Going out of town and need someone to watch your pets for you? Busy with work, school, or the kids and need a helping hand to look after the critters? Want to start a new aquarium and just have no idea how? We can help! The Beginning... First let us introduce ourselves - our names are Linda and Laura and we LOVE animals. Recently, we both found ourselves going on vacation and needing pet care for our animals while we were gone. Upon checking into boarding and pet sitting we were both 'petrified' by what we found in the industry. Tiny cages and enclosures for our pets to stay in, a lack of exercise, a change in their diets, the hassle of trying to schedule our trips around rigid pick up and drop off times, the stress on our pets of being exposed to unfamiliar people, animals and the possibility of contagious diseases or worse, and not to mention the fact that most boarding facilities only take dogs, and most in home pet sitters only know how to care for cats and dogs... what about those of us with other animals too? - it was all just too much. We decided that if WE were taken aback by what we found then surely others probably were as well, but with no other alternatives out there what is one to do? We solved that problem by creating our own pet care business. One that focuses on delivering the very best in in-home care for ALL types of animals. We understand the needs of our clients and their pets as well as all of the worries that come with leaving your little friends behind when you go out of town. With us you can feel confident that your pets are in very capable hands as well as in warm and loving hearts. We'll treat your babies as if they were our own and see to it that all of their needs are met both physically and emotionally while you're away - leaving you free to have a wonderful worry free trip. What could be better than that?
